• Admin PD in morning of December 7^th has been changed to face-to-face.
• Report to the School Board in morning of December 8^th is now virtual (no trustees in our school).
• Prairie River will be using our school gym on December 10^th (to be confirmed).
• Christmas breakfast at EWP on December 14^th.
• Christmas lunch at PVO on December 14^th.
• Christmas vacation begins on December 17^th.
• After our Christmas break, we return to school on January 3^rd.
• ELA Part A Diploma Exams on January 12^th.
• SS Part A Diploma Exams on January 13^th.
• Math Diploma Exams on January 19^th.
• ELA Part B Diploma Exams on January 20^th.
• Exam week from January 23^rd to January 27^th.
• Submit report card comments as soon as possible.
• SS Part B Diploma Exams and all other SS exams on January 23^rd.
• Biology Diploma Exam on January 24^th.
• Chemistry Diploma Exam (external student) and all other Science exams on January 25^th. 
• Diploma Exam marking begins on January 25^th (Edmonton) (JN away).
• Physics Diploma Exam and all other ELA exams on January 26^th.
• Math exams on January 27^th.
• Marks and comments in Maplewood (and paper copy in office) by 3:00 PM on January 27^th.
• Report Card goes home on January 31^st.
• Semester One marks on the report card plus the plan for Semester Two determine grad list placement (Grad on Saturday, June 10^th).
• Semester Two begins on January 31^st.
