• Regular biweekly CRM meeting on January 16^th.
• Parent Fundraising Society meets in the evening of January 18^th.
• Math Diploma Exams on January 19^th.
• ELA Part B Diploma Exams on January 20^th.
• Assessment week from January 23^rd to January 27^th with exams from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
• Submit report card comments as soon as possible, between January 23^rd and 27^th.
• SS Part B Diploma Exams and all other SS exams on January 23^rd.
• Biology Diploma Exam on January 24^th.
• Biology 20 Final Exam on January 24^th.
• Chemistry Diploma Exam (external student) and all remaining Science exams on January 25^th.
• Physics in-class final exam in the afternoon on January 25^th.
• Diploma Exam marking begins on January 25^th (Edmonton) (JN & CW away).
• Physics Diploma Exam and all other ELA exams on January 26^th.
• Math exams on January 27^th.
• Marks and comments in Maplewood (and paper copy in office) by 3:00 PM on January 27^th.
• Report Card goes home on January 31^st.
• Semester One marks on the report card plus the plan for Semester Two determine grad list placement (Grad on Saturday, June 10^th).
• Semester Two begins on January 31^st.
