Great Things Seen & Heard
- Yes, we have permission for the whole school to go watch the collective marathon!!!
- We can use air-conditioners during construction except for dustier days here and there!
- Someone has volunteered to bring breakfast snacks for Secondary students during exams!
- Our summer renovation project is worth a whopping $1.5 million!

Bits & Pieces
- All staff will be receiving a confidential short survey about health index so that all school boards in the province can offer more support to personnel
- Brick refacing will not begin until June and will take two summers instead of one.
- We expect allocation updates on May 14th (if not earlier)
- SHS Celebrates coming up on May 16th (afternoon)
- May 17th: replaces Snow Day of December 21st (Day 6)
- Ministry exam procedures have changed slightly regarding absences (will be centralized) and marks automatically being moved up from 58% or 59% (will be manual)
- Exam correction guides are online and won’t be posted until after exam completed
- Grade 6 Math Ministry exams now need to respect schedule to the hour as with Secondary exams
- Exam exemptions no longer granted for concussions
- Students can go online to see their own Ministry file for transcripts
