Bits & Pieces

  • Please do NOT enter marks in GPI until email received from board as anything entered prior to programming will be erased in the process of what programmers are doing.
  • Marks and annotations must be entered in GPI by the end of the day on June 23rd.
  • Announcements have yet to be made for how school will be arranged in August, so please don’t rearrange any furniture or organize classrooms until after confirmation.
  • Due to roof construction which poses a danger, we will once again collect all school keys at office for the summer.

Events Next Week

  • Monday, June 22nd: Teachers are encouraged to work from home for PED days!
  • Monday, June 22nd: We expect GPI to be ready to enter marks Monday morning.
  • Monday, June 22nd: Promotion meetings for Elementary begin at 8:30 AM on Teams.
  • Monday, June 22nd: Promotion meetings for Secondary begin at 1:30 PM on Teams.
  • Monday, June 22nd: Elementary teachers meet in afternoon to divide students into classes.
  • Tuesday, June 23rd: Any remaining promotion meetings begin at 8:30 AM.
  • Tuesday, June 23rd: Principals’ Meeting, so watch email for possible meeting afterward.
  • Tuesday, June 23rd: Backyard party begins at 3:00 PM (sitting outside at 2m distance).
  • Wednesday, June 24th: Relax! It’s a holiday!
  • Thursday, June 25th: Last PED day of the year; deadline to hand in keys at office.
  • Friday, June 26th: First day of holiday for teachers!
