  • When greeting students in the hallway, a teacher accidentally called a student “virgin” simply because the student’s name only differs by one letter!
  • Record-breaking 53,750 messages appeared in a teacher’s inbox overnight! That was a big oops on the cellphone…

Bits & Pieces

  • Return to school on January 8th.
  • Assessment Week has been reduced to five days due to fewer final exams.
  • First Diploma exams on January 10th and 11th all administrators and most EA’s busy.
  • Learning Commons will be closed on all Diploma Exam days.
  • Parent Society Bottle Drive on January 13th—student help requested, especially athletes.
  • Next regular biweekly meeting (collaboration) will be on January 15th, 3:35 PM to 4:35 PM.
  • Gym booking on Sunday evenings continues for the local Basketball league.
