  • PD committee is planning several PD activities so please pass on any ideas you have before Wednesday.
  • Our next regular bi-weekly CRT meeting will be next Monday, September 12th. We will complete the chart paper activities as discussed on the last PD day.
  • Our School Council AGM will be next Tuesday, September 13th, at 6:30 PM.
  • Virtual Administrators’ Meeting in morning.
  • Our Parent Society (fundraising) AGM will be next Thursday, September 15th, at 6:30 PM.
  • Our next PD Day will be on September 16th.
  • ASCA Forum for UCP Leadership Candidates at 7:00 PM (virtual) on September 19th.
  • ELAA post-secondary institutions visit EWP on September 20th.
  • PVO Corn Maze on September 26th.
  • Admin Association Meeting in morning on September 28th.
  • Indigenous Day on September 30th.
  • Picture Day is October 4th.

  • Due to unresolvable issues with Edsembli, Grade 10 timetables have been entered manually (one by one). The advantage to that method is that class sizes are balanced from the first day…
  • We expect to complete Grade 11 and Grade 12 timetables over the day Monday and Tuesday.
  • Technology Support received stacks of complaints regarding Edsembli glitches on timetables.
  • No School on Labour Day, September 5th.
  • Casino Time for our Parents’ Fundraising Society, September 8th and 9th
  • Overnight Volleyball Trip on September 9th

  • PD on September 16th, training for Maplewood and Gradebook with specialist.

  • We are looking at getting a grant for container gardening at our school.

  • No exams for national Indigenous Peoples Day – 11:30 AM BBQ for all staff.
  • CW and JN participating in Diploma marking, June 23rd to June 30th.

  • FS virtually collaborating for Finance/Entrepreneurship on June 27th.
  • Structured Word Inquiry (SWI) virtual session for anyone who is available, at 12:30 PM.
  • June 28th: division-wide CPR training in our school gym.
