• To be confirmed and yet to be received in writing: we have heard that the upcoming mandatory vaccination will only be for employees and not adults entering our buildings in January.
• Student Teacher joins P.E. class on November 1^st.
• Photo retakes on November 2^nd.
• Marks to office on November 3^rd.
• Grad Bottle drive to be confirmed for November 3^rd.
• Next Wing-it Wednesday for all staff is November 3^rd after school.
• PE Collaboration (HPSD) on November 4^th after school.

• Longer break from November 10^th to November 14^th: Five days off!

• This week’s regular bi-weekly meeting with teachers and EA’s will focus on identifying students’ needs and grouping students together according to those needs. I will add the information from those meetings into Dossier in preparation for the meeting following.
• Administrators’ Association PD on Tuesday, September 28^th.
• Sisters in Spirit Walk in the morning of Monday, October 4^th.
• Grad ring display will come to our school on Monday, October 4^th.
• School Photos will be on Tuesday, October 5^th.
• Renegades Football team travels to Grande Prairie at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 6^th.
• Grad Committee Meeting at noon (that’s 12:00 noon) on October 7^th in Room 133.
• Terry Fox Walk in the afternoon of October 7^th.
• PD Day on October 8^th with common collaboration time at 1:00 PM.

• The school board has posted a revision of the return to school handbook on their website: https://hpsd.ca/common/pages/DisplayFile.aspx?itemId=24210081 .
• Masks are optional at school this year, but mandatory on school buses.
• Procedures for Covid may be adjusted on September 27th, so we shall remain flexible.
• Reminder that according to Alberta’s Privacy Act, we have been asked to refrain from asking students and others about their vaccination status.
• Documents for teachers for the return to school are in the first day’s agenda (emailed).

• Orange Shirt Day will be on September 30^th this year.
