Bits & Pieces

  • Computer Tech will be in on Saturday, August 25th, to set up library computer and finish in office
  • Construction crew also in on Saturday to install cubbies
  • Final coat of epoxy will be ready for students to enter through primary doors on 29th

  • Monday, August 27th: SHS hosting FSL training all day, 8:30 AM on 3rd floor
  • Monday, August 27th: consultant from CQSB spending day in library with LS
  • Monday, August 27th: Elementary Team to meet in Oasis at 9:00 AM and then divide into Cycles
  • Monday, August 27th: Architects’ walk-through to inspect flooring and cubbies at 10:00 AM
  • Monday, August 27th: ACGC training (BlueJeans) from 1:00-3:30 (DV, KT, ND)
  • Monday, August 27th: Secondary Team meeting moved to Tuesday at 1:30 PM
  • Tuesday, August 28th: Training at 10:45 AM in Oasis for anyone working with Grade 3
  • Tuesday, August 28th: Secondary Team to meet in outer office (1:30 PM) then split into groups
  • Tuesday, August 28th: School Level Committee to meet in Outer Office at 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday, August 29th: First day of school for students!!!
  • Wednesday, August 29th: Assembly (including awards) at 1:30 PM
  • Thursday, August 30th: First day of school for first K groups
  • Friday, August 31st: First day of school for second K groups
  • Friday, August 31st: First Day 3 of the year: OAW meeting, Elementary in Oasis and Secondary in NG’s room at 8:00 (bring laptop)
