• The annual letter of intent Google form will be shared with teachers in the morning on Friday, March 10^th (same as all High Prairie schools). Please come see me for clarification of that process, especially if you are a new teacher to our division.
• March 11^th: Round Dance at Joussard (kiosk for our school division).
• Next regularly scheduled CRM meeting on Monday, March 13^th.
• March 13^th: School Council Meeting at 6:30 PM.
• March 15^th: Parent Fundraising Society meeting at 6:30 PM.
• March 17^th: EV at King’s College to meet potential teachers.
• March 22^nd: PTI’s in evening, 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
• March 24^th PD Day will include an FASD presenter in the morning, lunch, and an ATA speaker who will dive into the collective agreement with us.
• March 27^th: Work cut-off date for first term of Semester 2.
• March 28^th: Grad photo retake date.
• April 4^th: Hand Games tournament in Joussard.
• April 6^th: Division-wide Report Card Term 1 Semester 2.
• April 7^th: Spring Break begins.
• April 17^th: Social work practicum student starts with CB.
• April 20^th: PTI’s in evening, 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

• Agenda for the regularly scheduled CRM meeting on Monday, February 27^th includes a brief overview of numeracy and literacy testing data, discussion to fine-tune the CRM needs for our upcoming PD day on March 10^th, and a regular break-out discussion on new key issues for Semester Two.

• March 8^th: Elder coming to begin Hand Game training of students.

• March 10^th: PD Day, our CRM training with a representative of Jigsaw Learning will be all morning.

• Calendar results from poll of all HPSD staff: Option 3 came ahead by more than 100 votes (5-day weekend in November and a late Christmas holiday break from December 23^rd to January 7^th. The 2023-24 school calendar will go before the trustees in the third week of February.
• Since we had collaboration time last Monday on PD Day, our next regularly scheduled biweekly meeting is after school on Monday, February 13^th.
• LST virtual meeting on Wednesday, February 15^th from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
