Regular biweekly staff meetings will recommence on Monday, September 14^th.
We will discuss dress code, student microwaves, PD, local curriculum reminders (including long term plans and video clips), and Health & Safety at Monday’s meeting after school.
Anyone interested can join the PD meeting on Wednesday—we will review the survey results.
We will have a hot breakfast on the September 25^th PD Day (to be pre-ordered to meet AHS requirements).

Hot Lunch order forms for students and staff (plus the etransfer link) are now available online. Food must be pre-ordered this year due to sanitary constraints. Please add the link to your Google classrooms.
No further news on the new Chromebooks that had been delayed due to missing parts, but technology will be assigned to classrooms shortly. We have been asked to practice patience to prevent distribution without prioritization.
Students who bring their own device from home will be assigned a locker.
Our school has now had a first student out with sore throat and cough.
Please take some time to complete the online safety training modules as per automated emails sent to staff.
Our school’s picture day has been postponed to November (or so).
Nearly all missing passwords have now been created in our shared document.

Re-entry plans are filed in our new staff Google classroom for this year.
New busing organization plan will be posted in the same place as soon as possible.
Masks for staff and students have arrived and been organized for first days of school.

First long weekend of school year: September 7^th is Labour Day.

Please do NOT enter marks in GPI until email received from board as anything entered prior to programming will be erased in the process of what programmers are doing.
Marks and annotations must be entered in GPI by the end of the day on June 23^rd.
Announcements have yet to be made for how school will be arranged in August, so please don’t rearrange any furniture or organize classrooms until after confirmation.
Due to roof construction which poses a danger, we will once again collect all school keys at office for the summer.

Promotion meetings will take place on June 22^nd and June 23^rd according to a predetermined schedule. Teachers will be contacted by email to verify names of students.
